Lead build, not yet in contact with the operator (per SKILL.md "lead builds decide, they don't ask" rule). Every default below is an override point to confirm once contact is made — see TODO.md for the client-facing versions.
Dossier / data source
Decision:GOOGLE_PLACES_API_KEY was not available in this environment. Rather than skip the dossier entirely (--skip-places), the Google Maps listing was extracted manually via the in-app browser (public listing page, cookies rejected) and hand-built into a goplaces-schema-compatible dossier at content/sources/google-places.md, then run through the normal phase1.mjs --dossier seeding path.
Why: the operator explicitly asked to download the data from the Google Maps entry; skipping would have produced a placeholder-only project with none of the real facts (address, phone, rating, reviews) that are actually public on the listing.
Limitation: only 3 of 46 reviews were retrievable this way (Google's lite/no-JS render caps the visible sample); no opening hours are published on the listing at all; no photos were retrieved (no Photos API access, and Maps user photos aren't rights-cleared for reuse anyway).
Category
Decision: mapped to retail-shop (category spec covers "boutique, bookshop, florist…" explicitly), Schema.org type Florist.
Basis: Google Places type florist via references/places-type-mapping.md. High confidence — no deviation needed from the spec's sitemap.
Brand identity (greenfield)
Decision: deep Prussian-blue ink primary (#123F6E) + saturated bloom-pink accent (#C6486B) on warm paper background, Fraunces/Work Sans type pairing. See brand/styleguide.md "Greenfield brand build" section for full rationale.
Why: no logo, photos, or existing site to extract DNA from. An initial botanical-green draft (#146B54) was rejected: scripts/check-distinctiveness.mjs flagged it within 42–55 RGB units of two other portfolio builds ([silvia-jayet-reflexologie](../silvia-jayet-reflexologie), [touch-of-greene-website](../touch-of-greene-website)), and green is also the reflexive florist-site cliché. Moved to a botanical-illustration/cyanotype-ink blue instead — 74+ RGB units from every recent portfolio primary, still thematically justified (flower-plate printing ink), and avoids the muted earth-tone register this portfolio's other lead builds already occupy.
Override point: once the operator is reached, confirm against their actual signage/packaging/branding if any exists — brand DNA from the real business always wins over this hypothesis.
Hours
Decision: no hours published on Google; shipping the site with a visible [TBD: hours] placeholder rather than inventing typical florist hours.
Why: category spec explicitly warns against overclaiming hours; a wrong "open now" claim actively hurts a walk-in retail business.
Photography
Decision: tasteful flat-illustration/pattern placeholders in the brand palette for every photo slot (hero, storefront, arrangement categories). No stock photography, no scraped Google Maps user photos.
Why: category spec calls for real shop photography; none exists yet and none may be reused from Google without rights. Flagged in content/cautions.md and TODO.md [T5].
Languages
Decision: German (de-CH) primary, English secondary — matches the Zürich neighbourhood-shop norm for this suite's other Zürich builds.
Override point: confirm with operator (TODO T6) — could be German-only.
Legal entity
Decision: impressum ships with the trading name "Blumenhaus Wiedikon" and address only; UID/registered legal name left as [TBD] pending operator confirmation (TODO T4).
